Wall Street traders have shifted their expectations dramatically, now pricing in a slightly higher chance of a Federal Reserve rate hike than a cut this year, according to interest-rate futures. The probability of a hike rose to 11%, up from 5% earlier Wednesday and zero on Tuesday, while the odds of a cut remain around 2%.
