Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Beijing, the company manages a diversified portfolio encompassing residential communities; commercial and office properties including office buildings and shopping malls; and public properties such as schools and government facilities, with core offerings comprising security, cleaning, greening, gardening, repair and maintenance for common areas; sales assistance and consultancy to property developers; and community services like platform solutions for interior decoration, housekeeping, community living, space operations, and real estate brokerage.
