In recent developments, the company completed the acquisition of Michat Electronique on October 1, 2025, adding expertise in dynamic parking signage, LED panels, counting systems, and interfaces to support growth in urban digitalization and private parking clients; sold its Frontenex building in October 2024 for a 446 thousand euro gain; reorganized regionally by closing its Strasbourg site in February 2025 and concentrating activities in six agencies; and underwent a parent entity restructuring in March 2025 when Société Familiale de Gestion de Portefeuille Girod was absorbed by L’Action Girod.
