Tritax Big Box REIT plc Tritax Big Box REIT plc is the United Kingdom's largest listed investor in high-quality logistics real estate, owning and actively managing a diversified portfolio of modern, sustainable big box warehouses and urban logistics facilities let on long-term leases to institutional-grade corporate tenants in retail, logistics, consumer products, and automotive sectors; developing new logistics buildings from its extensive land platform; and providing mission-critical supply chain infrastructure across prime UK locations with strong connectivity. The company, founded in 2012 and headquartered at 72 Broadwick Street, London, W1F 9QZ, operates exclusively in the UK logistics property segment, targeting defensive, non-cyclical occupiers such as Amazon, Morrisons, Euro Car Parts, and Siemens Healthineers through over 100 income-producing assets valued at approximately £6.4 billion, a 3.76% EPRA vacancy rate, and a weighted average unexpired lease term of 14 years.
