Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, the company, under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) initiated by NCLT order dated November 2, 2023 with ongoing Committee of Creditors meetings through 2025, conducts e-auctions for inventory sales in the ordinary course of business, including multiple auctions in 2025 and recognition of its Indian CIRP by the Singapore High Court on February 19, 2025 as a foreign main proceeding.
