Business
Graphisads Ltd (GRAPHISAD.NS) operates as an integrated marketing, advertising, and communications agency in India, providing end-to-end ad-tech solutions encompassing brand strategy, communication strategy, creative services, media planning, media buying, and media release across multiple channels including print media advertisements, outdoor hoardings and digital screens, events and exhibitions, radio spots and jingles, television ad films and documentaries, digital marketing with SEO/SMO/SMM, website development, brochures and printing, and street furniture branding. The company serves central and state government departments, PSUs such as Indian Railways, NHAI, NTPC, Power Grid Corporation, and private sector clients in healthcare, infrastructure, education, real estate, energy, and tourism, with a pan-India presence through offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Bhopal, and other regions. Founded in 1987 and headquartered in New Delhi at 4/24A Asaf Ali Road, the agency maintains accreditations with DAVP for multimedia government campaigns, Indian Newspaper Society, Doordarshan, All India Radio, and memberships in PHD Chambers of Commerce and the Indian Outdoor Advertising Agencies Association. In recent developments, Graphisads entered a landmark eight-year agreement in March 2025 with the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) to maintain, operate, and monetize over 100 public utilities in Delhi's premium NDMC area, projected to generate revenue exceeding Rs 100 crore through advertising opportunities. Additionally, the company secured a seven-year contract extension with the Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation (DTTDC) for street furniture installation and maintenance on key Public Works Department roads, alongside significant media and outdoor advertising orders through its subsidiary Spike Advertising Pvt Ltd over the past year. These public-private partnerships underscore Graphisads' strategic expansion in outdoor media infrastructure and government-linked projects, enhancing its leadership in Delhi-NCR while pursuing further bids for similar contracts nationwide. In September 2025, the company reappointed Alok Gupta as Whole Time Director and added Parveen Ahuja as a Regular Non-Executive Director, bolstering its governance amid robust financial growth with sales rising to Rs 154 crore and net profit to Rs 8 crore in FY2025.
