iShares iBonds Dec 2028 Term € Corp UCITS ETF (IVOA.MI) is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to track the performance of the Bloomberg MSCI December 2028 Maturity EUR Corporate ESG Screened Index, providing exposure to a portfolio of approximately 200 investment-grade, fixed-rate, euro-denominated corporate bonds maturing between January 1, 2028, and December 15, 2028; the fund applies ESG screening and exclusion criteria to issuers, with market-cap weighting and a 3% cap per issuer. Launched in September 2023, the Ireland-domiciled UCITS ETF, managed by BlackRock's iShares under iShares plc, offers an accumulating share class (ISIN IE0008UEVOE0) with a total expense ratio of 0.12% and is listed on exchanges including Borsa Italiana (ticker IVOA), with assets under management exceeding EUR 900 million. It targets institutional and retail investors seeking predictable term corporate bond exposure in the eurozone fixed-income market, with geographic focus on euro-denominated issuers across European and select non-UK sectors. In November 2024, BlackRock expanded the iShares iBonds UCITS ETF range by launching eight additional investment-grade corporate bond funds for maturities through 2034 in USD and EUR, pushing the franchise beyond $6.3 billion in AUM and enhancing liquidity and maturity options for European investors.
