Kotak Nifty 50 Value 20 ETF (KOTAKNV20.NS) is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to generate long-term capital growth by tracking the performance of the Nifty 50 Value 20 Index, subject to tracking errors; the underlying index comprises the 20 most liquid value-oriented blue-chip companies selected from the Nifty 50 universe across eight broader sectors including banks, IT software, diversified FMCG, automobiles, power, pharmaceuticals, non-ferrous metals, and cement; top holdings as of November 2025 include ICICI Bank Ltd. (14.87%), Infosys Ltd. (11.98%), ITC Ltd. (8.92%), State Bank of India (8.35%), and Axis Bank Ltd. (7.48%). Launched on December 2, 2015, the ETF is managed by Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company Limited (KMAMC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited headquartered in Kurla, Maharashtra, India; KMAMC, established in 1994, operates as the fifth-largest mutual fund house in India by quarterly average assets under management as of September 2025, offering a range of mutual funds, portfolio management services, pension funds, and alternate investment funds primarily to retail and institutional investors in India. The ETF provides investment access through the National Stock Exchange (NSE) in minimum lots of one unit or directly via the asset management company in lots of 100,000 units, with an expense ratio of 0.14% and assets under management of approximately INR 115.53 crore as of late 2025; it is benchmarked against the Nifty50 Value 20 Total Return Index (Tier 1) and Nifty 50 Total Return Index (additional), delivering a compounded annual growth rate of 15.99% since inception through November 30, 2025.
