Business
Vaidya Sane Ayurved Laboratories Ltd (MADHAVBAUG.NS) operates a chain of clinics and hospitals under the Madhavbaug brand, specializing in non-invasive Ayurveda-based treatments for chronic cardiac and lifestyle conditions; core services include heart disease reversal, diabetes reversal, hypertension management, obesity management, knee pain relief, panchakarma therapies, diagnostics, diet counseling, and physiotherapy. The company manufactures and sells in-house Ayurvedic medicines and nutritional products, such as Repoz Tablets, Pure Tanupushti Oil, Carbi Tablets, Ayurvedic Herbal Laxsa, and Dolorex Tablets, through its clinics, franchises, and hospitals. Incorporated in 1999 and headquartered in Thane, Maharashtra, India, it serves patients across approximately 360 clinics in states including Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Goa, Karnataka, Delhi, Punjab, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, and Chhattisgarh, complemented by three cardiac prevention and rehabilitation hospitals in Khopoli, Kondhali, and Visakhapatnam. In recent developments, the company completed the acquisition of Dynamic Remedies Private Limited and UV Ayurgen Pharma Private Limited in September 2023 for INR 50 million to bolster its product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities. It made Aaharshastra a wholly-owned subsidiary and entered a 70:30 profit-sharing memorandum of understanding (MoU) with a Malaysian partner in November 2025 to expand internationally. Vaidya Sane Ayurved Laboratories plans hospital expansions, including increased bed capacity at Khopoli, new facilities in Gujarat and North India, a state-of-the-art factory for enhanced production, cashless treatment empanelments with insurance providers and CGHS, and full NABH accreditation, alongside a preferential warrants issue of INR 102.48 crore to fund growth initiatives.
