Business
Revolver Resources Holdings Ltd engages in the exploration and evaluation of copper deposits in Australia. Incorporated in 2021 and headquartered in Brisbane, the company holds 100% interests in the Osprey Project, comprising six exploration permits covering 765 square kilometers in Queensland's Mt Isa Mineral Province targeting iron oxide copper gold and Mt Isa-style copper systems; and the Dianne Project, consisting of six mining leases and an exploration permit in the North Queensland Hodgkinson Province featuring a historical high-grade copper mine that produced over 63,758 tons of ore at greater than 22% average grade with a remaining orebody suitable for near-term restart. Operations focus exclusively on Queensland within the materials sector serving the global electrification supply chain through advanced copper projects. Recent developments include raising A$5 million via institutional placement and convertible loan facility to accelerate exploration at Osprey and Dianne; upgrading the Dianne copper mineral resource; securing A$550,000 in short-term loans and A$3 million at-the-market equity facility for working capital; establishing a 1% gross revenue royalty over Dianne raising A$0.5 million post-quarter; advancing Dianne toward potential production by late 2025 or early 2026 with de-risked plans at A$15 million capex and 4-5 year mine life; and planning follow-up drilling including Heli-EM and DHEM targets at both projects alongside promising leach test results. Subsidiaries comprise Revolver Resources Pty Ltd, Sector Projects Pty Ltd, and Mineral Projects Pty Ltd.
