Veganz Group AG is a Germany-based plant-based food manufacturer and brand, founded in Berlin in 2011, and headquartered in Ludwigsfelde. The company develops, produces, and markets a broad portfolio of over 165 vegan products including confectionery, snacks, baking aids, plant-based proteins, vegan meat and cheese alternatives, and plant-based pizza. Its products are sold under the Veganz brand primarily in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, covering more than 15,000 retail locations across 26 countries, with notable presence in the DACH region. Veganz aims to make plant-based nutrition mainstream by appealing to vegans and flexitarians alike with innovative and sustainable food alternatives.
In 2024 and 2025, Veganz Group AG executed several strategic changes including the founding of a new company, Mililk FoodTech GmbH, which focuses on the patented 2D printed oat milk alternative sold as shelf-stable sheets that blend with water, emphasizing sustainability and packaging efficiency. The company also sold its OrbiFarm unit and entered into a merger whereby the Veganz business unit integrates with Suplabs GmbH, a Planethic Group AG wholly-owned subsidiary. This strategic move repositions the Veganz brand toward e-commerce and health food supplements, leveraging Suplabs' automation and direct-to-consumer expertise. Additionally, Veganz acquired IP Innovation Partners Technology GmbH to enhance 2D printing technology capabilities and strengthen its innovation pipeline. Veganz continues to optimize its product range while focusing on sustainability in its value chain, maintaining its mission of accessible, high-quality plant-based foods.
