- WisdomTree Energy Transition Metals ETC (WENT.L) is a fully collateralised, UCITS eligible Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) that provides investors with total return exposure to the WisdomTree Energy Transition Metals Commodity Index TR (WTETMCTR), tracking a diversified basket of metals futures contracts essential to energy transition technologies including electric vehicles, transmission, charging, energy storage, solar, wind, and hydrogen production. Issued by WisdomTree Multi Asset Issuer PLC, a special purpose vehicle incorporated in Ireland in 2012 and headquartered at 2nd Floor, Block 5, Irish Life Centre, Abbey Street Lower, Dublin 1, the ETC employs synthetic replication via fully collateralised swaps with providers such as BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, backed by collateral held at The Bank of New York Mellon, features a total expense ratio of 0.45% p.a., trades primarily on the London Stock Exchange in USD, and targets institutional and retail investors seeking thematic commodity exposure without physical storage or delivery requirements.
