Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, the company produces core products including progressive and instantaneous safety gears; speed limiters or governors; hydraulic shock absorbers and buffers such as C Series and F Series; rope grips, UCMP rope grippers, and ACOP rope brakes; roller guide shoes and fixed roller guide shoes; as well as electronic safety gears, electromagnetic rail clamps, and unintended car movement protection devices. It serves leading global elevator manufacturers like Otis, Hitachi, Kone, Toshiba, Schindler, Fujitec, and others, operating two major production bases and three supporting factories in Hangzhou and Ningbo with over 630 employees. In recent developments, Suzhou Guoke Haochen Equity Investment Partnership acquired a 5.05% stake through a share transfer agreement; the company approved final cash dividends for 2024 payable in May 2025 and continues advancing its raised investment project for a new production base targeting 700,000 units of oil buffers annually to build a digital intelligent factory; it maintains recognition as a specialized "Little Giant" enterprise since 2021.
