Anjoy Foods Group Co., Ltd. is a China-based company primarily engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of quick-frozen foods including quick-frozen prepared foods; quick-frozen dishes; quick-frozen noodles; rice products; seafood; meat; flour; and other processed food products. The company also provides hot pot and BBQ food products catering mainly to the Chinese market. Founded in December 2001 and headquartered in Fujian, China, Anjoy Foods has grown into one of the leading and most influential quick-frozen food enterprises in China with a marketing network centered in East China and extending nationwide. Recent major developments include the company's accelerated strategy to "go global" with significant expansion into overseas markets, particularly Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America. In 2025, Anjoy Foods completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Jiangsu Ding Wei Tai Food Co., Ltd. and 100% equity in Ding Yifeng Food (Taicang) Co., Ltd., marking a strategic entry into the frozen bakery sector. This move diversifies its product portfolio and enhances channels, including partnerships with premium supermarket chains such as Walmart and Aldi. Additionally, Anjoy Foods listed in Hong Kong to raise approximately HK$2.64 billion (US$336 million) to fund premium production capacity expansion and international sales channels through further strategic partnerships, investments in local overseas manufacturing, and targeted acquisitions.
