Ally Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (ALLY.BK) is a closed-end, diversified real estate investment trust that invests in and manages a portfolio of freehold and leasehold properties focused on the live-work-play lifestyle, including community malls, retail mixed-use developments, office buildings, and commercial warehouses across Thailand. The Trust's core assets comprise leasehold rights and sub-leasehold rights in 14 projects, such as Crystal Design Center, The Crystal Ekamai-Ramindra, The Crystal SB Ratchapruek, The Crystal Chaiyapruek, Amorini Mall Ramintra, I'm Park Chula, Plearnary Mall, Sammakorn Place Ramkhamhaeng (West), Sammakorn Place Rangsit, Sammakorn Place Ratchapruek, Kad Farang, The Prime Hua Lamphong, Happy Avenue Donmuang, and The Scene Town In Town, with a total net leasable area of approximately 164,113 square meters and high occupancy rates. It generates recurring rental and service income from these commercial properties, targeting lifestyle-oriented retail, office, and logistics spaces primarily in Bangkok and surrounding regions. Founded in 2013 and headquartered at 888 Crystal Design Center E Building, Praditmanutham Road, Bangkapi, Bangkok, Thailand, the Trust operates exclusively in the Thai market under the management of ALLY REIT Management Company Limited, with SCB Asset Management Company Limited serving as trustee. Its investment policy emphasizes core commercial real estate, including shopping malls, community malls, offices, exhibition halls, warehouses, parking buildings, and supportive properties that enhance rental business operations. In recent developments, the Trust successfully expanded its investment policy scope beyond retail assets into broader commercial assets, such as offices and logistics, to diversify its portfolio. It agreed to acquire The Zone Town in Town Shopping Center for approximately THB 290 million, adding to its retail holdings. As of early 2025, the portfolio grew to 14 projects, reflecting ongoing acquisition and sublease activities, including properties like Happy Avenue Donmuang and The Prime Hua Lamphong.
