(AMP.MC) is a Spanish technology group that develops and provides industrial, technological, and engineering solutions primarily in the defense, security and communications, and energy and sustainability markets. The company offers radio and intercom devices; telecommunication systems for voice, data, and video transmission; FTTH fiber optic and mobile network deployments; electronic warfare and naval platform developments; advanced security solutions for signal intelligence, critical infrastructure protection, and identification; emergency and critical mission communication systems; electrical energy storage solutions; and engineering services for pollution control installations, offshore wind structures, and IoT connectivity devices for smart cities, industry, and logistics. It serves customers in telecommunications, public administration, financial, defense, aviation, chemical, petrochemical, shipbuilding, and civil engineering sectors, with operations spanning Spain, the United States, Latin America, South Pacific, Brazil, Scandinavia, and over 50 countries globally. Founded in 1956 and headquartered in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, Spain, the group employs over 2,100 people and maintains a project portfolio exceeding EUR 540 million. Recent developments include the April 2025 acquisition of the remaining 49% stake in subsidiary Elinsa do Brasil for approximately EUR 30.5 million to achieve full ownership; the December 2024 acquisition of 100% of Navacel Process Industries for EUR 23.8 million, enhancing offshore wind capabilities through synergies with WindWaves; a successful EUR 77 million capital increase in July 2025 that was oversubscribed; and the issuance of AMPER 2024 bonds with long-term debt updates in March and December 2024, supporting its 2023-2026 Strategic and Transformation Plan focused on organic and inorganic growth.
