Ascencio SA (ASCE.BR) is a publicly regulated real estate company (Belgian REIT or SIR) listed on Euronext Brussels that specializes in owning and managing commercial real estate assets, primarily supermarkets, retail parks, clusters and standalone properties located on the outskirts of urban areas in Belgium, France and Spain.
