Atland SAS (ATLD.PA) operates as a diversified real estate investment trust focused on acquiring, developing, and managing commercial properties in France. The company invests in offices, retail outlets, warehouses, and light industrial premises; provides real estate sale-leaseback services; and offers construction and turnkey rental development services to business customers. It also engages in asset management and fund management activities through subsidiaries and recent acquisitions. Founded in 1959 and headquartered at 40 avenue George V in Paris, France, Atland SAS primarily serves institutional and professional investors across various real estate segments including residential, logistics/industrial, offices, and retail, with operations concentrated in the French market. In April 2025, Atland announced the acquisitions of Keys REIM, a specialist in alternative real estate investment funds managing over €900 million in assets, and Stam Europe SAS (including its AIFM subsidiary Stam France Investment Managers) from Corestate Capital Holding S.A., with both deals completed by September 2025 following regulatory approvals, significantly enhancing its fund management capabilities and market presence. In September 2025, the company expanded internationally by establishing ATLAND IM Germany GmbH in Frankfurt to extend its reach in Europe. On November 17, 2025, Atland launched Neolieux, a new platform integrating its residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate development activities.
