Business
Bondada Engineering Limited is an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company primarily engaged in the telecom and renewable energy sectors. The company designs, engineers, manufactures, and supplies telecom towers, poles, and related infrastructure including tower foundations, electrical and mechanical works, optical fiber cable laying, and maintenance services. Its product portfolio extends to solar EPC services, including design and construction of ground-mounted solar photovoltaic power plants, solar module mounting structures (MMS), battery energy storage systems (BESS), and large-scale solar power installations. The company also provides operations and maintenance (O&M) services and comprehensive facility management for telecom and solar infrastructure. Additionally, Bondada produces building materials such as AAC blocks, uPVC and aluminum windows and doors using state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Hyderabad, India, Bondada operates across multiple Indian states with projects in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Bihar, and elsewhere. In the past 1-2 years, Bondada Engineering has significantly expanded its solar EPC footprint by commissioning 78.3 MW of solar power projects across diverse locations. The company secured a large work order worth INR 109 crore from the Bihar Renewable Energy Development Agency for smart solar street lighting systems. It also forged a strategic five-year partnership with Adani Group in November 2025, linked to large-scale solar energy projects, including a 650 MW contract awarded to Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL). Bondada aims to grow its order book from INR 5000 crore to INR 8000 crore by the end of 2025, targeting an ambitious revenue of INR 4000 crore by fiscal year 2027. Recent corporate moves include acquisitions to enhance product capabilities and geographic reach, such as a stake acquisition in related engineering firms. The company continues focusing on expanding its telecom tower infrastructure and renewable energy EPC services, positioning itself as a key player in India’s green energy and telecom industries with a strong growth outlook.
