Business
Condor Resources Inc. (TSXV:CN) is a precious and base metals exploration company focused on acquiring, exploring, and advancing a portfolio of mineral properties in Peru. The company operates as a project generator, maintaining 12 exploration targets at various stages, including its flagship Pucamayo project, an 85 square kilometer high sulfidation epithermal system with disseminated precious metals mineralization and extensive lithocap alteration; Huiñac Punta, a 7,200 hectare property 65 kilometers from Antamina targeting large carbonate replacement style silver-dominant polymetallic deposits with high-grade silver potential; Cobreorco, a copper-gold skarn and porphyry-style project; Rio Bravo, featuring a confirmed copper-molybdenum porphyry discovery from historical data; and others such as Quriurqu with the added Huarman prospect, Ocros, Soledad, Andrea, Lucero, Chavin/Pucarima, La Libertad, and San; primarily exploring for gold, silver, copper, molybdenum, lead, zinc, and associated precious and base metals. Condor Resources targets mining companies and strategic partners through option and joint venture agreements, with all operations centered in Peru and headquarters in Vancouver, Canada, founded in 2003. Recent developments include the completion of a private placement offering in May 2025 raising funds for exploration at Huinac Punta and Pucamayo with participation from Crescat Capital; approval of the Declaración de Impacto Ambiental (DIA) for Cobreorco in June 2025, advancing the project under a December 2023 option and joint venture with Teck Perú S.A. allowing Teck to earn up to 75% interest through expenditures and payments; tripling of the Huiñac Punta property size to 7,200 hectares and receipt of final drill permit in November 2024; termination of the Soledad option agreement with Chakana Copper in October 2024 due to non-performance; confirmation of copper-molybdenum porphyry at Rio Bravo in February 2025; appointment of Chris Buncic as President and CEO and Dr. Quinton Hennigh to the board in 2024; and receipt of payments under ongoing option agreements including with Element79 Gold on Lucero.
