- Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) is an Indian infrastructure company specializing in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for roads and highways, bridges, tunnels, rails and metro systems, airports, mining operations, irrigation projects, urban development, special bridges, and dams and canals. Founded in 1987 as Dilip Builders by Dilip Suryavanshi in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, where it maintains headquarters, the company operates primarily across India, executing large-scale projects for government entities such as the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Coal India subsidiaries, and state authorities; it employs over 17,000 people and maintains a proprietary fleet of more than 10,000 machinery and vehicles.
