Godrej Agrovet Limited Godrej Agrovet Limited operates as a diversified agri-business company focused on animal feed, crop protection, oil palm plantations, dairy, poultry and processed foods, and related segments. The company manufactures and markets a comprehensive range of animal feeds including cattle, poultry (broiler and layer), aqua, and specialty feeds produced at facilities across India such as Khanna, Kharagpur, Baramati, Bangalore, and Erode with over 1.5 million tons annual capacity; crop protection products encompassing herbicides (leader in selective post-emergence cotton herbicides and brands like Ashitaka launched in August 2025), insecticides, fungicides, plant growth regulators (world's largest producer of Homobrassinolides), biostimulants, soil conditioners, and organic manures for crops like cotton, paddy, tea, sugarcane, corn, grapes, potato, and horticulture; oil palm seeds, plantations spanning over 65,000 hectares in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Goa, Maharashtra, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, and Mizoram with a mill in Mizoram; dairy products through subsidiary Creamline Dairy Products Limited; poultry and processed foods including branded frozen snacks, vegetarian products under Godrej Tyson Foods Limited (now fully owned after acquiring remaining Tyson Foods stake and 47.38% promoter stake in Creamline Dairy in 2025 making it a wholly-owned subsidiary); and additional offerings in Godrej Foods, aqua feed, and cattle genetics. Godrej Agrovet Limited maintains operations primarily in India with exports to over 90 countries, joint ventures like ACI Godrej Agrovet in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, and a subsidiary Astec LifeSciences Limited for agrochemical intermediates and contract research; it serves farmers, livestock producers, and rural distributors through a network exceeding 10,000 dealers. Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Godrej One, Pirojshanagar, Vikhroli East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, the company, part of the Godrej Group, employs over 3,000 people and emphasizes R&D innovation including the Adi Godrej Centre for Chemical Research and Development.
