Through its subsidiaries, the company develops planned urban communities and neighborhoods emphasizing sustainability, comfort, security, and nature integration; provides water and sewage treatment services via its SAE system in Jurerê Internacional; manages hotels including IL Campanario and Jurerê Beach Village, condominium administration, and the Jurerê Open shopping and event center; and holds minority interests in Irani Papel e Embalagem S.A. for paper, packaging, and forestry activities.
