Business
iFabric Corp. (TSX: IFA) develops, manufactures and sells innovative textile technologies and women's intimate apparel products. The company operates through two primary divisions: Intelligent Fabric Technologies North America Inc., which provides proprietary treatments and technologies including PROTX2 antiviral and antibacterial solutions, water-resistant and UV-protective finishes for fabrics, foams, plastics and surfaces applied in athleisure, swimwear, healthcare, hospitality and military apparel; and Coconut Grove Intimates, which designs, manufactures, distributes and licenses specialty bras such as patented reversible, bandeaux and breast lift products alongside apparel accessories. Founded in 1985 and headquartered in Markham, Ontario, Canada, iFabric serves markets in Canada, the United States, United Kingdom, Southeast Asia and internationally, with an Other segment handling property leasing. Recent developments include securing a $2.5 million unsecured trade finance facility with Ebury Canada Ltd in October 2025 to support sales growth and currency risk management; expanding PROTX2 technology deployment to Marks & Spencer in the United Kingdom and European Union; obtaining U.S. FDA medical device registration for apparel integrating multiple textile technologies and U.S. EPA registrations for two new antimicrobial innovations in 2024-2025; and acquiring the remaining 25% stake in its Markham warehouse property subsidiary funded by a C$3.7 million BMO mortgage.
