In 2024, ITMG achieved coal production of 20.2 million tons, up 20% year-over-year, and sales of 24.0 million tons, up 15%; it declared a cash dividend of USD 243.17 million for the year; and in July 2025, acquired a 9.62% stake in PT Adhi Karta Pratama Tbk (NICE) for IDR 256.23 billion as a non-controlling investment to diversify into the nickel sector.
