Business
Inventus Mining Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on acquiring, exploring, and developing gold and critical metal projects located east of the Sudbury mining district in Ontario. Its principal assets include 100% ownership of the Pardo Paleoplacer Gold Project, a 3.8 square kilometer block of mineral leases plus 180 square kilometers of mineral claims, and the Sudbury 2.0 Project, encompassing approximately 240 square kilometers of mineral claims in the Sudbury Mining Division. Inventus specializes in near-surface, high-grade paleoplacer gold mineralization with significant potential for low-cost surface mining, supported by proven mining infrastructure in the Sudbury region. The company conducts bulk sampling, grade control drilling, and Phase 2 resource drilling programs to advance the Pardo Gold Project toward its first resource estimate and production permitting. In the past 1-2 years, Inventus has made several strategic advancements including signing a milling agreement with McEwen Mining that allows processing of bulk samples at McEwen’s Stock Mill, enabling efficient ore processing without the need for major capital expenditure on its own milling facilities. This agreement supports processing up to 5,000 tonnes of ore monthly, with extraction and processing underway. Inventus also benefits from strategic funding and partnerships with mining industry leaders such as McEwen Mining and Eric Sprott. Recent operational highlights include commencement of bulk sample extraction at the 007 North site, ongoing Phase 2 drilling programs aimed at evaluating the expansion potential of gold mineralization, and efforts to demonstrate economic viability through innovative approaches to sampling and mining methods. Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Inventus Mining targets the gold and base metals markets primarily within Canada. Its operations leverage proximity to Sudbury’s mining ecosystem, providing access to infrastructure, expertise, and supply chains. The company’s focus on paleoplacer gold deposits and polymetallic projects positions it within the advanced mineral exploration segment, aiming to progress projects from exploration towards commercial production with a particular emphasis on cost efficiency, strategic partnerships, and innovative mining methodologies. Inventus pursues sustainable small-scale production with a view to unlocking long-term value for shareholders through disciplined exploration and development activities.
