London & Associated Properties PLC is a UK-based property investment company that invests in and manages industrial and essential community retail properties; its principal assets include the Runcorn Manor Park Industrial Estate comprising nine industrial units, Adlington Court Industrial Estate in Warrington, and a portfolio of essential retail properties serving local communities; the company also pursues residential development opportunities through joint ventures such as West Ealing Projects Limited, a 50:50 venture with Bisichi PLC for 56 flats and four retail units in West Ealing, London, where construction is planned to start late 2025 following planning approval and ongoing tender reviews amid elevated construction costs. Founded in 1938 and headquartered at 12 Little Portland Street, London, the group operates exclusively in the UK and holds a 41.6% interest in Bisichi PLC, a listed mining company operating coal mines in South Africa with additional UK property investments, whose results are consolidated under IFRS 10.
