In September 2025, Fangdd entered an agreement to acquire artificial intelligence-related assets from a British Virgin Islands entity for $34.32 million to bolster its technology-enabled real estate management services, including potential earnout payments in Class A ordinary shares based on future revenue performance and an expected closing within three months; earlier, in April 2024, the company acquired a 75% stake in Shenzhen Yuanjing Tribe Technology Co., Ltd., as part of ongoing strategic expansions amid a challenging macroeconomic environment in China's property sector.
