Business
ProStar Holdings Inc. develops and provides patented cloud-based and mobile geospatial intelligence software solutions for precision mapping of critical infrastructure. The company offers its flagship PointMan platform, a Software as a Service (SaaS) product that captures, records, displays, and manages precise location data for subsurface utilities, pipelines, roads, railways, and related assets to enhance construction, maintenance, repair, and environmental protection workflows; Transparent Earth, a complementary solution for subsurface infrastructure visualization and management; and integrated precision mapping tools tailored for utilities, oil and gas, engineering, surveying, and government sectors. Founded in 2007 by Page Tucker and headquartered in Grand Junction, Colorado, with a listed office in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, ProStar operates primarily in North America while pursuing global expansion through strategic partnerships. Recent developments include a global commercial alliance with Radiodetection announced in April 2025 to deliver precision utility mapping solutions; a partnership with Tersus GNSS to integrate survey-grade GNSS receivers with PointMan for worldwide utility industry distribution; the addition of multiple Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 clients such as a major integrated oil and gas company, a global engineering and construction leader, and infrastructure firms focused on natural gas and water services in December 2024; and the closing of a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $775,000 in May 2025 to support ongoing growth.
