Business
Minaurum Gold Inc. (TSXV: MGG, OTCQX: MMRGF, FSE: 78M) is a Canada-based exploration-stage company incorporated in 2007 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, that engages in the acquisition, evaluation, and exploration of precious and base metals mineral properties primarily in Mexico and the United States; the company targets Tier One projects rich in gold, silver, copper, lead, and zinc deposits across its portfolio of district-scale assets totaling approximately 95,498 hectares, including the flagship 100%-owned, production-permitted Alamos silver project in Sonora, Mexico featuring high-grade vein zones such as Promontorio, Europa, Travesia, Quintera, Minas Nuevas, Promontorio Sur, Cotera, Pulpito, and San Jose; the adjacent Aurifero gold project in Sonora; the joint ventured Adelita copper-silver skarn project in Sonora; the Santa Marta VMS gold-copper project, Aurena gold project, and Taviche silver-gold project in Oaxaca; the Biricu gold project in the Guerrero Gold Belt; and the recently acquired Lone Mountain CRD zinc-lead-silver-gold project in Nevada, USA, which carries a historical resource of 3,257,000 tonnes grading 7.57% zinc and 0.70% lead with a PEA showing a 35% after-tax IRR. Minaurum advances these properties through systematic drilling programs, geological targeting, and resource delineation to create shareholder value in mining-friendly jurisdictions with established infrastructure. Recent developments include the exercise and closing of the option to acquire 100% of the Lone Mountain project from Nevada Zinc in June 2025 pursuant to agreements dated July and October 2024; the conversion of its 20% interest in the Adelita project to a 1% net smelter return royalty plus shares in Kenadyr Metals; the completion of a 10,000-meter Phase I infill drill program at Alamos in late 2025 yielding high-grade silver continuity across multiple vein zones, followed by the launch of a 25,000-meter Phase II resource expansion program targeting step-outs and additional discoveries ahead of a maiden NI 43-101 resource estimate in 2025; and an upsized best-efforts private placement to C$20.0 million announced in December 2025 to fund ongoing exploration.
