Maslavi Construction Company Ltd (TASE: MSLA) is an Israel-based construction and real estate company that initiates, develops, constructs, markets, and sells residential, office, and commercial buildings; undertakes demolition and reconstruction projects for urban renewal including "evacuation-construction" and TAMA 38 initiatives; leases and manages investment properties; and provides execution contracting services for third-party projects using owned equipment such as cranes, trucks, and concrete pumps. Incorporated in 1977 and headquartered in Kiryat Ono, the company operates primarily in Israel across cities including Kiryat Ono, Bat Yam, Ramat Gan, Kfar Saba, Herzliya, and Givatayim, focusing on residential construction, urban renewal, and investment real estate segments with ongoing projects such as the Ayalon Quarter in Bat Yam (Phase A under construction since 2021, totaling 1,078 units and 25,000 square meters of commercial space in partnership with Nitzba), Ono Prime in Kiryat Ono (phases A and B populated), and the Rimon project. Recent developments include advancement of mega-scale urban renewal projects like the Rothchild project in Bat Yam (planning for 660 units plus hotel, office, and commercial space) and sales of partial rights in the Elite project in Ramat Gan (50% of second stage sold in 2019 for NIS 25 million to Eretz Elite Ltd., recognizing NIS 8 million capital gain), alongside self-execution of projects including a country-club for Kiryat Ono municipality under BOT terms.
