Business
Parsvnath Developers Limited is an India-based real estate company engaged in the promotion, construction, and development of residential, commercial, and township projects. The company develops contemporary residential spaces including luxury condominiums, apartments, villas, and integrated townships such as Parsvnath La Tropicana, Parsvnath Paramount, Parsvnath Exotica, and Parsvnath Royale; state-of-the-art office complexes, shopping malls, multiplexes, hotels, ultra-modern IT parks, and special economic zones; as well as BOT projects and properties in partnership with the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), with a track record of completing 14 residential, 12 commercial, and 8 DMRC projects totaling over 1.06 million sq. ft. in developed area. It also engages in real estate leasing and hotel operations, with a pan-India presence across more than 37 cities in 13 states and a developable area exceeding 200 million sq. ft., of which 81 million sq. ft. remains under construction. Founded in 1990 and headquartered at Parsvnath Tower near Shahdara Metro Station in New Delhi, the company operates through subsidiaries including Parsvnath Infra Limited, Parsvnath Film City Limited, Parsvnath Landmark Developers Private Limited, PDL Assets Limited, and Parsvnath Hotels Limited. Recent developments include the completion of the Unity One Elegante shopping mall at Netaji Subhash Place in Delhi through a joint venture special purpose vehicle, Unity Parsvnaths LLP, with Unity Group, which has received its occupancy-cum-completion certificate from the Delhi Development Authority and is set to become operational soon; along with the completion of ongoing projects such as Parsvnath La Tropicana and Parsvnath Paramount in Delhi, Parsvnath Exotica Extension in Gurugram, Parsvnath Palacia in Greater Noida, Parsvnath Castle in Rajpura, and Parsvnath Villas in Saharanpur as of March 2024.
