Rekah Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (REKA.TA) is an Israeli generic pharmaceuticals manufacturer engaged in the production, research and development, marketing, sales, distribution, import and export of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, vitamins, nutritional supplements and medical devices. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of approximately 400 generic Rx and OTC products across various therapeutic areas, including steroid tablets for anti-inflammatory treatments; antibiotics of the penicillin and cephalosporin families in capsules, suspensions and imported powders for intravenous and intramuscular use; ophthalmic products such as drops and ointments for allergies, infections, glaucoma, dryness and artificial tears; dermatological preparations; baby products; and over-the-counter remedies for urinary tract pain, cough, motion sickness, congestion, skin disinfection, wounds, fever, pain relief, depression, muscle pain, anemia and ear conditions; alongside dermo-cosmetics, herbal-based skin care and nutritional supplements through brands like Tree of Life and Moraz. Rekah operates two Good Manufacturing Practice-approved facilities in Holon and Binyamina, Israel, primarily serving the domestic market with exports to foreign markets, and maintains subsidiaries including Vita-med, Ophir & Shalpharm and Tree of Life. Founded in the early 1980s as a Jerusalem pharmacy and headquartered in Holon, Israel, the company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in 1994 and pursued strategic growth including a 2021 acquisition of Tree of Life Pharma to expand into innovative medical devices and health products, alongside ongoing efforts in acquisitions, partnerships and European export preparations.
