The company operates through manufacturing, wind power unit and trading segments, with wind power generation from facilities in Rajasthan and Maharashtra; it serves domestic and export markets focused on agriculture, infrastructure and consumer goods in India. Incorporated in 1985 and headquartered in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, India, the company, formerly Signet Overseas Limited until its name change in January 2010, maintains a wholly-owned subsidiary Adroit Drivelines Limited and recently resumed production at its factory following a fire incident in April 2025, received allocation of 20,000 hectares of land for micro-irrigation systems installation in September 2024 and appointed a new secretarial auditor for five years commencing April 2025.
