Incorporated in 1992 and headquartered at B-3, Trishul Apartment, Village Mudre Khurd, Taluka Karjat, Raigad, Maharashtra, India, it previously operated as Griffin Chemicals Ltd., which manufactured epoxy resins and sulphanilic acid before shifting to real estate. The company primarily serves the Indian market with low promoter holding at 0.27% and operations concentrated in the consumer discretionary realty sector. In July 2025, the board approved a scheme for reduction of share capital by Rs.4.01 crore to write off accumulated losses, reducing the number of equity shares from 4.45 crore to 44.58 lakh, with an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for August 8, 2025, pending shareholder approval. This reorganization follows stagnant revenue at 0% growth for FY2023 and ongoing losses, including a net loss of Rs.0.17 crore in FY2025.
