- SKRR Exploration Inc. is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company focused on precious and base metals with properties primarily in Saskatchewan. The company explores for gold, uranium, nickel, copper, cobalt and zinc deposits, targeting the underexplored Trans-Hudson Corridor and Athabasca Basin regions; its key projects include the Olson gold property (75% owned, 12,951 hectares near Deschambault Lake), Cathro gold property, Father Lake property (six claims), Carp River nickel-copper-cobalt property (seven claims totaling 6,731 hectares, 100% acquired), Irving, Ithingo Lake and Kelly Lake properties. Operations center on Saskatchewan, with select assets previously in British Columbia; SKRR was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. In July 2025, SKRR entered a non-binding letter of intent with Kenz Global Resources Ltd. for a proposed reverse takeover, under which SKRR would acquire all Kenz securities to make it a wholly-owned subsidiary, gaining access to Kenz's 63% interest in the 99 square kilometer Am Arti gold project in Saudi Arabia's Afif Terrane; the transaction contemplates a share consolidation, name change for the resulting issuer and TSX Venture Exchange approval. Recent activity also includes termination of the Clearwater West uranium option agreement with F3 Uranium Corp. in January 2025 and an update on the Olson gold project with partner Eagle Plains Resources in April 2025.
