Business
Sub Sri Thai Real Estate Investment Trust (SSTRT.BK) is a real estate investment trust externally managed by SST REIT Management Company Limited that invests in immovable properties, leasehold rights including sub-leases, and related fixtures, constructions, systems, and accessories necessary for their operation; its core assets consist of document warehouse buildings, industrial warehouses, and supporting real estate for document storage and warehousing businesses in Thailand. Formed on December 13, 2017 through conversion from Sub Sri Thai Smart Storage Property Fund and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the trust is headquartered in Bangkok and operates exclusively in Thailand with a focus on generating rental income, service charges, and long-term returns for unitholders via property management, development, and selective sales. In September 2019, it completed its first major capital increase by converting Sub Sri Thai Property Fund into the trust, issuing 74.25 million new units at a 1:1.1 swap ratio and acquiring additional warehouse assets to expand its portfolio.
