Recent developments include a September 2024 investment of ₹6.93 crore in Clean Max Astria Private Limited to expand renewable energy capacity for its Gujarat plant and maintain captive consumer status; the January 2024 acquisition of 100% stake in AMW Autocomponent Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary; and the November 2024 launch and commercial production start of aluminum steering knuckles at the Mehsana facility.
