TELUS International (Cda) Inc. (TELUS Digital) provides digital customer experience (CX) and digital IT solutions to global brands across technology and games, communications and media, eCommerce, fintech, banking, financial services and insurance, healthcare, retail, travel and hospitality, energy and utilities, and other industries; its core offerings encompass AI data solutions including data collection, annotation, computer vision, content moderation, and search relevance; digital CX solutions such as omnichannel customer experience management, cloud contact centers, and advisory services; trust, safety, and security services; IT lifecycle management; back-office automation; and proprietary platforms like Fuel iX for enterprise-grade generative AI management, GenAI Jumpstart for virtual assistant prototypes, Fine-Tune Studio for AI training data, and Experts Engine for complex datasets. The company operates in over 30 countries spanning Asia-Pacific, Central America, Europe, Africa, North America, and the United Arab Emirates, with delivery centers supporting approximately 79,000 employees. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, TELUS Digital functions as a fully owned subsidiary of TELUS Corporation following the completion of its privatization in October 2025, when TELUS acquired the remaining minority shares for US$4.50 per share in a US$539 million transaction that enhances AI and SaaS integration across telecommunications, health, agriculture, and consumer goods sectors while targeting US$150 million in annual synergies through operational efficiencies. The company, which debuted publicly in February 2021 under ticker TIXT on the TSX and NYSE, rebranded to TELUS Digital in early 2025 to emphasize its AI-fueled CX innovations amid accelerating demand for agentic AI and enterprise data transformation solutions.
