Business
Beckett's Inc., formerly The Tinley Beverage Company Inc., manufactures and sells liquor-inspired, non-alcoholic beverages and cannabis-infused beverages targeting sober-curious consumers and cannabis enthusiasts; its core products include the Beckett's Tonics and Beckett's '27 lines such as High Horse, Stone Daisy, Coconut Cask, Almond Cask, and Flying Mule, alongside cannabis-infused offerings like Beckett's HD9; the company also operates California's largest co-packing facility for cannabis beverages in Long Beach, producing up to 12 million bottles, 10 million cans, and 7 million mini shot bottles annually for third-party clients including Soma, Highbridge Premium, Mary Y Juana, and Green Monké, with capabilities like tunnel pasteurization for preservative-free formulations and on-site licensed distribution. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Toronto, Canada, with key operations in Santa Monica and Long Beach, California, Beckett's distributes its products through retail locations, grocery chains, restaurants, e-commerce, and cannabis dispensaries across the United States including California, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and parts of Canada such as Ontario; it serves mainstream retail for non-alcoholic beverages and cannabis markets for infused products. In March 2025, the company changed its name to Beckett's Inc. and new ticker to BKTS on the CSE to align with its flagship brand, while securing exclusive distribution agreements with Hawthorne Heritage Beverage (a Molson Coors distributor) in New Jersey for Beckett's HD9 and Mancini Beverage in Connecticut for non-alcoholic lines; it commenced initial shipments to these partners and continues expanding sales via brokers like Emergent Beverages into Total Wine & More stores across 28 U.S. states; earlier, in 2024, Beckett's closed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement and debt settlement totaling about $8 million, appointed a new director, and ramped up production to fulfill purchase orders.
