Shah Classes acquired in 2023; a strategic divestment of Edureka, Veranda HigherEd, and Six Phrase to SNVA EduTech Limited in October 2025 via share-swap, resulting in Veranda holding a joint stake in SNVA to build a global education ecosystem; and ongoing corporate restructuring aligned with a four-pillar strategy to enhance operational efficiency.
