Business
Keyne Ltd, founded in 2001 and headquartered in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, is an investment holding company primarily engaged in property and hotel development in Mainland China. Its core products and services include property development, hotel operation, property holding and rental, centralized heat supply business, and management services related to its real estate and energy operations. The company operates mainly in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Recently, Keyne Ltd has pursued strategic acquisitions focused on expanding into new revenue streams, including the indirect acquisition of subsidiaries involved in energy technology and thermal power in Dongguan, China. The company has also recently withdrawn a winding-up petition following a High Court order but remains suspended from trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since April 2024, signaling ongoing operational restructuring. Keyne Ltd was formerly known as Nine Express Limited until its name change in March 2020. Its latest business moves reflect a strategic shift to diversify its portfolio into centralized energy supply alongside its real estate and hotel interests.
