Shun Tak Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-listed conglomerate primarily engaged in property development and investment, hospitality and leisure operations, transportation services, and strategic investments across the Greater Bay Area, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore. Established in 1972 and headquartered at Shun Tak Centre in Hong Kong's Central District, the company operates through segments offering property development and sales of residential, commercial, office, and retail projects including Nova City and Nova Grand in Macau, Park Nova and Les Maisons Nassim in Singapore, One Central with Mandarin Oriental hotel in Macau, Hengqin Integrated Development in Zhuhai, NEW BUND 31 and Suhe Bay mixed-use developments in Shanghai, and Beijing Tongzhou and Dongzhimen projects; property leasing and management services for investment properties such as Nova Mall, 111 Somerset in Singapore, and MixC World; hospitality services encompassing ownership and management of hotels under Artyzen brands like Artyzen Habitat in Hengqin Zhuhai and Chongqing, SkyCity Marriott in Hong Kong, and Grand Coloane Resort in Macau, alongside clubs, travel agencies, MICE facilities, entertainment attractions including Macau Tower, and cultural venues; transportation via TurboJET high-speed ferries connecting Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen, and other GBA ports, Macau Cruise services, and SkyPier management at Hong Kong International Airport; and investments in entities such as Sociedade de Turismo e Diversões de Macau (STDM), Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, Retail Matters (operating Toys‘R’Us and Stecco Natura), and healthcare-integrated high-speed rail developments in Tianjin and Kunming. Recent developments include the July 2025 sale of partial office and retail premises at Hengqin Integrated Development to SJM-Investment Limited for RMB724.2 million to support hotel conversion and GBA integration; a June 2025 memorandum of understanding with Shenzhen Airport Group for ferry services linking Shenzhen Airport, Macau, and Hong Kong to enhance multimodal connectivity; awarding of development and operation rights in October 2024 with AJ Hackett for Ocean Park Hong Kong's Adventure Zone targeting 2028 opening; renewal of SkyPier management contract for another four-plus-one years effective July 2024; and ongoing construction progress on Kunming South HSR Integrated Development for Q4 2025 opening and Tianjin South HSR facilities.
