The company's operations are structured into multiple core divisions. Its Property Leasing segment is actively involved in renting out residential, industrial, and commercial properties, generating steady rental income. The Production and Sale of Education Equipment division focuses on the research, development, manufacturing, and distribution of innovative digital Chinese calligraphy educational tools, alongside offering related learning and instructional systems. Furthermore, the Loan Financing arm provides crucial funding services to both individual and corporate clients. The Consulting Service segment delivers specialized expertise in construction project supervision, cost analysis, and bidding advisory within Mainland China. Finally, the Real Estate Development unit manages comprehensive real estate projects. Established in 1997, the company maintains its principal executive offices in Admiralty, Hong Kong, and was previously known as HyComm Wireless Limited before adopting its current name in November 2014.
