China Foods Limited China Foods Limited (0506.HK), an investment holding company and subsidiary of China Foods (Holdings) Limited, manufactures, distributes, markets and sells Coca-Cola series products in the People's Republic of China. The company offers an extensive range of beverages including sparkling drinks such as Coca-Cola, Sprite and Fanta; still beverages encompassing juices, bottled water, milk drinks, energy drinks, tea, coffee, functional nutrition drinks, sports drinks and plant-based protein drinks; as well as beverage bottles, pre-packaged foods, raw and auxiliary materials, health foods and vending machine operations. It provides ancillary services such as supply chain information consultation and management, enterprise management consulting, business information consulting, marketing planning, computer information system development and promotion, and internet sales of food; with operations focused on the Chinese market through processing, bottling, wholesale, retail and distribution channels. Incorporated in 1990 and headquartered in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, the company operates from Bermuda and employs over 17,000 people primarily in the non-alcoholic beverages segment of the consumer staples industry. Recent developments include strategic expansion of non-Coca-Cola products through partnerships with 18 new brands via public platform agency and distribution models as of mid-2025; a three-year cash pool management agreement with COFCO Finance (HK) effective November 10, 2025, to optimize financial management, reduce financing costs and mitigate risks; shareholder approval of a key financial services agreement and daily deposit cap; board and committee changes such as the appointment of Tang Qiang as executive director, resignations including Managing Director Qing Lijun in early 2025 and a non-executive director in October 2025, and an executive director resignation in August 2025; alongside ongoing product innovations, market share growth in non-Cola categories and systematic channel development.
