Grand Pharmaceutical Group Limited (HKEX: 00512), an investment holding company incorporated in Bermuda in 1995 and headquartered at Units 3302, The Center, 99 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong, engages in the research, development, manufacture and sale of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, biotechnology and healthcare products, specialized pharmaceutical raw materials, and nutritional products; its core business segments encompass nuclear medicine anti-tumor diagnosis and treatment, cerebro-cardiovascular precision interventional diagnosis and treatment technology, pharmaceutical technology covering cerebro-cardiovascular emergency, respiratory, ophthalmology, ear, nose and throat (ENT), and critical care products, as well as biotechnology including amino acids, traditional Chinese medicines and health foods; the group operates primarily in the People's Republic of China with additional presence in the rest of Asia, the United States, Europe and other international markets, employing approximately 12,000 people and maintaining over 30 subsidiaries, five technology platforms, nine R&D centers, and more than 200 products on China's National Reimbursement Drug List. Key products include Yigan Tai Yttrium-90 microsphere injections and Uroi for nuclear medicine anti-tumor applications; Luci adjustable intracranial stent retriever, NOVASYNCTM intravascular dual-mode imaging system, Iberis multi-electrode renal artery radiofrequency ablation catheter, DEEPQUAKE peripheral shock wave system, and NeoNova transcatheter mitral clip system for cerebro-cardiovascular precision intervention; Enerzair Breezhaler, Atectura Breezhaler, Ryaltris compound nasal spray, and Budesonide Nasal Spray for respiratory and critical care; GPN01768 (TP-03 lotilaner ophthalmic solution) for demodex blepharitis, varenicline tartrate nasal spray (OC-01), Maixuekang series, and products addressing pterygium, post-surgical inflammation, dry eye and myopia; cerebro-cardiovascular emergency offerings such as Herbesser series, Anplag, Limetone eplerenone tablets, Runmo Delin treprostinil injection, Nengqilang Coenzyme Q10 Tablets, Eplerenone and Carvedilol; raw materials like taurine and amino acid series; and biotechnology products including bio-pesticides, disposal surgical items, and sewage treatment services. In 2024, the group recorded revenue of HK$11.65 billion, up 10.6% year-on-year, and profit attributable to owners of HK$2.47 billion, up 31.3%, driven by robust growth in nuclear medicine (revenue HK$589 million, up 176.6%) with Yttrium-90 sales exceeding HK$500 million; it completed acquisitions including 100% equity in Tianjin Tanabe Seiyaku (renamed Grand Pharmaceutical (Tianjin)), Nanchang Baiji Pharmaceutical (renamed Grand Jiuhe (Jiangxi)) and Jiangxi Baian Baiyu for respiratory and cerebro-cardiovascular strengthening, strategic control of Duoputai Pharmaceutical for ENT traditional Chinese medicines, and partial exercise of acquisition rights in Nanjing Kainite Medical Technology (increasing stake to 59.91%) for neural intervention; introduced global innovative ophthalmics via collaborations with LianBio, Tarsus and Corxel including GPN01768 NDA acceptance and OC-01/OC-02 nasal sprays; advanced R&D milestones such as Phase III completions for CBT-001 pterygium drug and GPN00833 eye drop, Phase II sepsis drug STC3141 enrollment, mRNA vaccine ARC01 Phase I approval, and multiple NMPA approvals for innovative nuclear, respiratory and intervention products; progressed production bases including Chengdu radiopharmaceutical facility topping out for 2025 operations, Huangshi preparation and nutrition plants, and Xiantao amino acid expansion; and recommended a final dividend of HK$0.26 per share.
