China Cultural Tourism and Agriculture Group Limited (0542.HK), formerly TFG International Group Limited, is a Cayman Islands-incorporated investment holding company listed on the Main Board of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange since November 1989 and headquartered in Kowloon City, Hong Kong. The group operates a diversified portfolio spanning cultural tourism, including ownership of high-quality assets in the Greater Bay Area such as Taishan Gold Coast International Resort in Jiangmen, Guangdong; Zhongshan Quan Lin Happy World; Beilala Animal Kingdom; and Golden Splendid Hotel Management Group; e-commerce sales via the Box Sister Selection platform integrating global supply chains and advanced manufacturing; agricultural products and food processing under brands including Ganka, Huangchanghao, Cangfuji, and Hainongdao with integrated farms, factories, marketing, and logistics in the Greater Bay Area; hotel business encompassing sub-licensing, management of the 5-star La Palazzo Hotel in Maoming, and related activities; and property development focused on residential and commercial properties in Zhongshan alongside ancillary agency and clubhouse services, all primarily in the People's Republic of China. In December 2023, the company rebranded from TFG International Group Limited to its current name following the July 2023 acquisition of China Cultural Tourism Group Limited, significantly expanding its tourism and agriculture segments; recently entered a bulk sales agreement in September 2025 for 12 buildings in the Hengqin German City project valued at approximately RMB 550 million, expected to complete by year-end and bolster cash flow; proposed share consolidation, board lot size change, and an extraordinary general meeting in October 2025; achieved profitability with a 2.6% return on capital employed as of June 2025 after prior losses, supported by reinvestments and capital expansion; and maintains four ongoing development projects including Fuyuan Juntin in Chengdu, Fuyuan Square in Doumen, and Taishan project.
