South China Financial Holdings Limited (0619.HK), an investment holding company founded in 1988 and headquartered in Central, Hong Kong, provides a comprehensive range of financial services primarily in Hong Kong and Mainland China through subsidiaries such as South China Securities Company Limited; core offerings include securities, commodities, futures contracts, foreign exchange, and bullion brokerage and trading; margin financing, mortgage and personal loan financing, and finance lease operations; asset and wealth management encompassing insurance brokerage, clearing, and custodian services; corporate advisory and underwriting; property investment; jewelry retailing; media publishing and financial public relations services; and other activities such as settlement services, woods plantation, carbon trading, research publications, and management services, with business coverage extending to Taiwan, Southeast Asia, and the United Kingdom. In November 2025, the company entered into a memorandum of understanding with a PRC-incorporated counterparty principally engaged in AI technologies to form a joint venture in the PRC or Hong Kong focused on developing AI-powered platforms for pharmaceutical research and development, efficacy prediction for cosmetics and beauty clients, disease and aging therapeutics pipelines, and anti-aging consumer products; it was formerly known as South China Brokerage Company Limited prior to renaming in February 2007 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in July 1993. The company operates across capital markets and diversified financials sectors, targeting retail and institutional investors with 62 employees under CEO Yuk Mui Ng.
