Business
Future Bright Holdings Limited (0703.HK) is an investment holding company principally engaged in food and catering, food souvenir, and property investment businesses primarily in Macau, Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Taiwan. The company operates an extensive portfolio of over 30 restaurants, food courts, coffee shops, and retail outlets featuring diverse cuisines including Cantonese, Shanghainese, Taiwanese, Japanese, Portuguese, and Macanese; it offers food souvenirs such as festival food products through food processing centers and retail spaces like the recent retail outlet for Macanese food souvenirs at The Venetian Macao; it provides institutional catering services, food trading, and administrative support; and it leases investment properties. Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, the Bermuda-incorporated group employs around 650 staff and manages brands including franchise partners Pacific Coffee, Pepper Lunch, Bari-Uma ramen, and Fu-unmaru. In recent developments, the company reports strong profit growth with unaudited Q3 2025 net profit attributable to owners at HK$16.6 million, up 127% year-over-year, driven by higher visitor arrivals boosting turnover across its core segments despite a fair value loss on Macau investment property; its subsidiary Bright Gain Restaurant Company Limited entered a lease in 2025 for a new casual Cantonese restaurant in Macau with a 6-year-4-month term; and it posted Q1 2025 profit up nearly 5% and positive profit alerts for H1 2025.
