China Oceanwide Holdings Limited (SEHK: 0715) is an investment holding company primarily engaged in property investment, real estate development, energy projects, and finance investments across the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, the United States, and Indonesia. Incorporated in 1990 and headquartered at 64th Floor, Bank of China Tower, 1 Garden Road, Hong Kong, the company, formerly known as Hutchison Harbour Ring Limited until its name change in December 2014, operates as a subsidiary of Oceanwide Holdings International Company Limited, which is ultimately controlled by China Oceanwide Holdings Group Co., Ltd. Its core products and services encompass ownership and leasing of two office and commercial properties including Harbour Ring Plaza and Huang Pu Centre in Shanghai; real estate development projects such as Oceanwide Plaza in downtown Los Angeles, Oceanwide Center at 80 South Street in New York City, and other assets in the U.S. including a Hawaii resort project; energy operations through two coal-fired steam power plants with a combined net capacity of 150 megawatts in Indonesia via PT. Mabar Elektrindo (60% stake) and PT. Banyuasin Power Energy (85% stake); finance investments comprising debt and equity securities holdings; and management and administrative services.
